Friends of the Eel River

Flora and fauna of the Eel River watershed are realistically painted in a whimsical design. Salmon, eel and sturgeon are in a pool of water, surrounded by wildflowers, frogs, lizards, turtle, slug, dragonfly and butterflies. Plants and animals that live a bit further from the water are next, with eagle, owl, and songbirds higher up in larger trees. A few wonderful, lesser-known creatures such as flying squirrel and mountain beaver can also be found.
