Libby McQuitson, a singer/composer friend, wrote an original choral piece called “Nature’s Repose” based on the writings of John Muir. I was one of the singers invited to sing on the recording of the piece. After the recording was completed, she asked if I would design the CD cover/insert for it. Participants, lyrics, and a short biography of John Muir are inside the insert.
The watercolor painting I did for the outside of the CD insert depicts John Muir walking into Yosemite Valley.
