Wings of North America

All the wings in this pastel painting are from butterflies of North America. I try not to repeat the same butterflies in paintings very often, so it helps to choose from a limited geographical area. North America is still a pretty big place however! Also, I wasn’t too picky about the extent of any species’ range, as long as they could be found on this continent.
